Mode of Selection:
Selection will be based on Written Examination, Viva-Voce & Practical Test.

Required Age:
Candidates minimum age must not be less than 18 years & maximum age must not be more than 32 years as on 01/01/2015. (Upper Age Relaxation as per Govt. rules)

Essential Qualification:
For post 1 Candidate must have completed 1 year Course in Cookery in the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition.
For post 2 Candidate must have completed 1 year Course in Cookery in the Institute of Hotel Management.
For post 3 Candidate must have completed 1 year Course in Restaurant & Catering Service in the Institute of Hotel Management.

Cost of Application:
Candidates have to pay Application Fee which is Rs.100/- (Rs.70/- for SC/ ST) as Bank Draft (Candidate must write His/ Her Full Name & Address on back side of Bank Draft) in favour of Collector Mayurbhanj payable at SBI Main Branch Baripada.
