Deputy Manager – Human Resources Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience. Deputy Manager – Audit Chartered Accountant (CA) Minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience in the field of audit. Deputy Manager – Learning & Development Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience. General Manager – HR (on contract) Graduate with good academic record. Desirable: Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Personnel Management/HRM or MBA/PGDM/PGDBM Minimum 20 years’ experience Deputy General Manager – Company Secretary (on contract) Graduate degree, with Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Minimum 12 years’ post qualification experience. Chief Economist (on deputation) Master’s degree in Economics with specialization in Econometrics or Monetary Economics.
