Group-C:

12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate.  (OR) A pass in Matriculation or its equivalent and having ITI certificate for the posts in Technical Categories.

Group-D:

10th standard or ITI or equivalent. (OR) National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT. For the post in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Signal & Telecom Department and Catering Wing of Railways the minimum qualification is 10th pass plus National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT or 10th pass plus ITI.
