Essential Qualification:
For Staff Nurse: candidates should have acquired General Nursing & Midwife/ B.Sc Nursing schools from any 3 Govt. nursing schools of 3 medical College/ school of nursing MCL Talcger/ IGH Rourkela or other recognized private institutions duly approved by INC and registered in the Odisha nursing council.
For ANM: candidates should have acquired HSC examination & completed ANM course from institutions recognized by Govt. and approved by INC and registered in the Odisha nursing council.
For Lab Technician: candidates should have acquired 12th science examination under Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha/ equivalent and passed Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any of the 3 Govt. Medical College & hospitals of the State/ any other private institutions recognized by Govt. of Odisha or All India Council of technical education.

Essential Qualification:
For post 1 candidates should have passed +2 Science Examination under Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha / equivalent and passed Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any of the 03 (three) Medical Colleges & Hospitals of the State / any other private institutions recognized by Government of Odisha.
For post 2 candidates should have acquired MBBS degree from an Institution recognized by Medical Council of India. Must have completed compulsory internship and also must have valid registration from the Odisha Council of Medical Registration. Refer the notification for post wise details.
